Breakfast
Our breakfast reflects local Sığacık traditions,with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients-especially olive oil, herbs, cheeses, and simit.

We serve our breakfast with love. Breakfast includes our own products olive paste, olive oil, jams . Jams are made local seasonal products like apricot , watermelon ,carrot ,citrus. Cheeses are from local dairies (like lor or tulum cheese) and also you can taste local armola and pişi .

You can taste regional items like house made acuka (spicy paste) or lor cheese with herbs . You can't think breakfast without egggs. So we serve also menemen (eggs with tomatoes &peppers) scrambled eggs or boiled. Menemen is the classic in the İzmir area.
